1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting forms, or engaging services from Rocket Growth Agency, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related written agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

2. Service Scope

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are defined in writing through proposals, statements of work, onboarding documents, or email confirmations.

Any work outside approved scope may require a separate change request and revised pricing.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are due according to the billing schedule in your agreement.

• Month 1 setup and monthly execution terms are defined on your accepted plan.
• Recurring services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may delay deliverables and campaign execution.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely approvals, accurate business information, required access credentials, and requested assets needed for execution.

Delays in access, approvals, or required inputs can affect timeline and performance outcomes.

5. No Performance Guarantees

Search visibility and lead outcomes depend on many external factors including market competition, platform changes, baseline profile/site condition, review profile, and third-party algorithm updates.

Rocket Growth Agency does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, call volumes, or revenue outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Rocket Growth Agency retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methods, templates, internal systems, and pre-existing materials.
• Client-owned brand assets and source materials remain client property.
• Final paid deliverables prepared specifically for the client are licensed for the client’s internal business use.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business, technical, and financial information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Services may involve third-party platforms (for example, search engines, analytics, CRM, call tracking, and hosting providers). Rocket Growth Agency is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform-level disruptions.

If you connect a Google account to Rocket Growth Agency, you authorize us to access the specific, read-only Google data you consent to (such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console) solely to provide reporting within your client portal. Our access to and use of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke this access at any time via the “Disconnect” option in your portal or at your Google Account permissions page.

9. Term, Pause, and Termination

Term length, renewal, pause, and termination conditions are defined in your service agreement.

Upon termination, access to managed systems and ongoing execution may be removed or transferred based on account ownership and payment status.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Growth Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service period in dispute.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Growth Agency harmless from claims arising from your business operations, provided materials, legal compliance obligations, or misuse of delivered assets.

12. Governing Terms

Where a signed client agreement exists, that agreement controls in the event of conflict with this website version of the Terms of Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
